1. Digital Products

Our digital products include SVG, PNG, EPS, and DXF files for cutting machines, printable and digital planners and journals, and business forms and templates.

1.1. Non-Refundable Nature

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the files are downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to review the product details and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

1.2. Exceptions

We offer refunds or exchanges only under specific circumstances:

• If the digital files are corrupt or damaged.

• If the files do not match the product description.

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@zedprintz.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess your request and, if approved, provide a replacement file or a full refund.

1.3. Usage and Non-Reselling Policy

All digital products purchased from Zed Printz, including print and cut files, can be used in crafts for personal and business purposes. However, the files as is cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared. By purchasing our digital products, you agree to adhere to this usage and non-reselling policy.

2. Website Creation Services

Our website creation services are tailored to meet your unique business needs.

2.1. Milestone-Based Payments

Payments for website creation services are structured based on project milestones. Each milestone will have a specified deliverable and payment amount, agreed upon at the project's start.

2.2. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the website creation service, please notify us at support@zedprintz.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before the commencement of the project will be eligible for a full refund.

2.3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for website creation services are subject to the following conditions:

• If you cancel the service after the project has started but before completion of any milestone, a partial refund will be provided, minus any work already completed up to the previous milestone.

• No refunds will be issued for milestones that have been completed and approved by you.

2.4. Quality Assurance

We strive for excellence in our services. If you are not satisfied with the deliverable at any milestone, please contact us at support@zedprintz.com within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary revisions before proceeding to the next milestone.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Reselling Rights

Certain print and cut files offered for sale were sourced from third-party creators, and Zed Printz holds reselling rights. These products are clearly marked in the product descriptions.

3.2. Original Creations

All printable and digital planners and journals, as well as business forms and templates, are original creations by Zed Printz and are subject to copyright protection. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
